M-F: 10-8pm and S&S: 10am-5pm.) *Furniture Orders At this time, you may browse our website to view our collections but we do not offer purchase or shipping online. If there is a furniture item, please come in to the store or call to purchase over the phone. We do offer personal local delivery on all furniture. Charges for this service will be discussed with you at the time of your purchase. Please note that furniture will be delivered inside your front door or to the first dry area or garage. This includes one straight flight of steps to the threshold. All deliveries will require a signature of acceptance (Please review ‘Shipment Receiving Guidelines’ below). Additional services are available for a fee such as set up, additional stairs, delivery outside of our local area, etc. Please call 905-544-2657 or email for a quote to sales@springys.ca Local delivery includes any address within 50 km door-to-door from Should you need to cancel your delivery appointment for any reason, we will require 24 hours notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee being added to your account. *Oversized product or orders shipped to some remote areas may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If there is an additional charge to your order, you will be notified prior to shipping. Please note that Springy’s reserves the right not to ship any order for any reason. Order Turn-around-Time Springy’s will ship in stock items as soon as possible within 5 business days. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will then be notified via email of the estimated date of arrival given to us by our distributor. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.
*We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipment Receiving Guidelines
All shipments will require a signature at the door. If there is no one present to accept the shipment, you will be left with a "Pick Up” card and directed to the closest Canada Post Outlet. (*In the case of a personal delivery service by Springy’s, you will be charged a fee of $50 to your account and contacted to reschedule your delivery)
1. Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages, and that your package is not damaged. 2. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you choose to sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment "as is”. If damages or shortages are not recorded, the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy. Additionally, we will require that you contact us to report damaged or missing product within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you take pictures of the damages so that we may determine if the damage was incurred through shipping (in this case, a photo of the package prior to opening must be provided) or if it is a manufacturing issue and expedite a resolution as soon as possible. Refusal of Delivery Please note that any product order refused would result in a $20 fee and the customer will be responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process. (The fee of a refusal of personal delivery of furniture would be $50). Incorrect Shipping Information If a package is returned to Springy’s due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will no longer be valid and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs. Fees Springy’s will not be responsible for any financial charges you may incur by your banking institution or delivery provider. Return Policy
We hope that you will be very happy with all products purchased at Springy’s. If you do wish to return items purchased on our website, please note that we offer a refund within 10 days and store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Our "Free Returns” Promotion includes one return free of charge through Canada Post by Expedited Service. Shipment Return Guidelines 1. You must contact us at 905.544.2657 to discuss your return and obtain a Return Authorization Number which must be written on the outside of your package. 2. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, include all original documents and accessories and be in saleable condition. We do not accept the return of Gift Certificates, Final Sale items such as Floor Models, Cloth Products, items that were Special Ordered or Assembled, or Potty’s and Accessories. 3. Upon receipt of returned item, a full refund or store credit will be applied with the exception of the shipping costs incurred by Springy’s. • As a suggestion, when shipping a product return, obtain tracking information and a signature. We are not responsible for items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment. Canceling Your Order If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 905.544.2657 or email us within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Please make sure to reference your order number in all communication to us. In the rare cases that we cannot prevent the shipment, please see our Return Policy. Warranty Information Springy’s is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and products from reputable manufacturers. Most items are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Warranty information when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need instructions or replacement parts, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. In the event that you need further assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Email Updates Periodically we send emails out to inform our customers of specials or promotions that they might be interested in. You are not added to this list unless you subscribe yourself, or indicate, when checking out - that you would like to be updated. There is an automatic unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Email Update, if you choose to unsubscribe at a later date. Price Matching We offer a Price Match option on almost any product in
We do reserve the right to decline to match a price, but in most cases we will honour this. In order to qualify for a price match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met: 1. We must be provided the website address or printed advertisement outlining the details of the product at a lower price 2. The product must be in-stock and available or ready to ship that day 3. Backorders will not be matched and we do not match prices on items that are out of stock 4. The item must be EXACTLY the same as the product you want to purchase from Springy’s. (Same color, size, year, model, etc. as we do not price match on clearance items from previous years, scratch and dent items, etc.) 5. Coupons and promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with price matches 6. Shipping prices will be met as well in the event that the lower priced site has a more expensive shipping charge 7. The price match request must be made PRIOR to your transaction with Springy’s. No price match requests will be honored on items that have already been purchased/ ordered and/or shipped.
